INTERNATIONAL BROKERAGE EVENT & INTERNATIONAL POLICY CONFERENCE IN THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND RENEWABLE ENERGIES FIELDS IN IVANO-FRANKIVSK, UKRAINE, 16 – 17 MAY 2017
In the framework of the European project INNOVER-EAST “Building a more effective pathway leading from research to innovation through cooperation between the European Union and Eastern Partnership countries in the field of energy efficiency”, AREA Science Park will actively take part in 2 international events focused on energy efficiency and renewable energies organized by the National Technical University of Oil and Gas of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, in May 16 and 17, 2017.
The International Brokerage Event “Inno4EE – Innovation4EnergyEfficiency 2017” will seek participation of a great number of stakeholders coming from 5 of the 6 Countries of the European Eastern Partnership (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia and Ukraine) matching their meetings through the platform b2match.
AREA Science Park will there represent the interests of SMEs and research centres of Friuli Venezia Giulia region working in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energies sources, taking advantage from this opportunity to foster networking and future collaborations in joint research projects.
The International Policy Conference “Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy Sources and Innovation” will briefly present the 3-year-project results: starting from the stakeholders’ needs gathered in the Countries of the European Eastern Partnership, guidelines and strategic recommendations have been elaborated in order to improve policies and support innovation in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energies, and to harmonize them with the ones of leading European Countries.
INNOVER-EAST is a project funded by the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technology Development 2007-2013, grant agreement number 609570.
