Supply references and food for thought to private companies and operators in the agro-tourist sector on how to improve the appeal of places of interest for tourists and render the hospitality structures more sustainable in their energy consumption.
This topic will be discussed in a meeting organised by AREA Science Park in the context of the European capitalisation project AdriaWealth during which the following themes will be investigated:
> opportunities offered by the Adriawealth project to promote sustainable tourism in the Adriatic area
> evolution of tourism: the Narrative Tourist Guides, Sensory and perception laboratories, night time events, thematic excursions and other forms of commitment and ingenuity by tourism operators from Apulia. Sharing and the ability to copy the ideas to improve Italian tourism services
> Citizen Science as a public initiative tool aimed at protecting the territory, favouring Green tourism and improving the economy
> functional principles and characteristics of various technologies for energy systems based on FER in line with the European orientation on the subject of new sustainable energy systems
> focus on Solar Cooling technology: configurations of the systems, components and performance
> evaluation of the economic feasibility and return on investments of SC, also in the light of incentives introduced by the thermal energy fund.
