MIT4LS is the window of the national excellences in the Life Science sector, the occasion to share experiences with major international partners
The city of Trieste will host the next edition of Meet in Italy for Life Science 2019, a great opportunity for all those involved with Life Science subjects to meet and network.
MIT4LS is the initiative of Italy’s Technological Cluster for Life Science ALISEI, created in 2014 by Toscana Life Sciences, Confindustria Toscana, BioPmed, Assobiomedica, Assobiotec, Cluster Lombardo Scienze della Vita, Assolombarda and Aster; the event takes place every year in a different region.
The 2019 edition of Meet in Italy for Life Sciences will be held in Trieste, on October 16-18, at Molo IV: its Main Organizers are the Friuli – Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region, the City of Trieste, Area Science Park, CBM, and Italy’s Technological Cluster for Life Science ALISEI.
The initiative is also part of the EEN-Enterprise Europe Network, instituted by the European Commission in 2008 to sustain growth, innovation and enterprise internationalization processes, with special regard to small and medium-size enterprises, and active in more than 60 European and non-European countries.
The representatives of territorial systems and major relevant associations will also participate in the organization of the event.
This 3-day-long event will start with an opening international conference titled “From genomics to epigenomics: the future of medicine”, hosting world renowned speakers, followed by business meetings with foreign partners, networking between research and industry, theme workshops and a Bootcamp open to innovative startups.
